JobsWarehouse   Service Manager Job Warehouse ID. Inventory items that are to be used to perform a job and moved into the Job warehouse

  The warehouse that stock is returned to when Credit Notes returning goods into stock are created under the Customer Returns tab

  Enable / Disable Support Packs.

The system will display the number of hours in the Service Manager screen and the checkbox in the labour lines for support packs if this setting is enabled.

0 = Disable

1 = Enable

.7 Support Pack Ratio.The support pack ratio says how much is being held for GL transactions when the hours are actually used. For example, .7 means that 70 percent is held in reserve to be applied when you actually use the support pack hours and 30 percent is applied when activating the pack.

  Default Overflow Inventory for Support Packs.

This value must be a valid inventory part no, and must be changed to a valid inventory part no before Service Manager can run. Support Packs are pre-paid time purchased by debtors (ie. Telephone software support)

Default Overflow Inventory for Support Packs is used for the case where a debtor has Support Pack hours, and these hours and more get used up during a job. The additional time that was used comes from this inventory item, which may be priced higher than the standard Support Pack inventory item.
